Paperless Physician Credentialing

Our shared paperless credentialing solutions are combined into four bundles:

GetProof’s VisionSPS (Shared Paperless Solution) Bundles offers Physician Information Management excellence by providing integrated data and document solutions to our clients.

Any VisionSPS Bundles open the door to paperless credentialing, allowing immediate electronic capture, storage, and retrieval of any document at any time. VisionSPS allows clients to reclaim valuable office space by disposing of old filing cabinets, and efficiently managing provider files electronically. Functionality includes data that is pulled from documents into index fields which then populate the Vision database. Consequently, data and documents in the Vision system are always in sync. The document is electronically filed for immediate retrieval; no additional data entry is required.

With the VisionSPS system any crucial credentialing document is only one click away at any time. Without leaving the workstation, users can retrieve, view and share relevant documents (based on sharing rights set up by the administrator). The entire provider file is accessible in seconds for authorized users, or for auditors from governing bodies including JCAHO and NCQA. With rapid electronic retrieval and delivery of documents, decision-makers are able to retrieve data quickly and easily, to analyze information and to make proactive decisions.

VisionSPS also simplifies how data and documents are exchanged and shared. Users can fax, print or e-mail physician management reports or documents directly from the Vision system in original or Adobe PDF formats. Reports can also be set to run automatically on predefined schedules and can be delivered to the people that need them via e-mail. Information can be posted on a desktop in an “Information Dashboard” that is automatically updated throughout the day with real-time data from the VisionSPS database.

VisionSPS also includes an advanced web security and provider portal service called webNetwork™. webNetwork is designed to provide the security of an SSL VPN appliance with the services of a web portal. This unique combination of technology creates a single, secure access point that presents Vision applications and other resources in a unified desktop view. webNetwork reduces the cost and complexity of deploying web and network applications securely across the Internet.
